Coloring Book Effect for Pictures UsingAdobe PhotoShop Elements 2.0Playing with FiltersElements 1 Elements 2 Elements 3 Elements 4 Elements 5 Elements 6 Open Adobe Photoshop Elements and then open a picture on which you can experiment. Remember never to save over top of your original. If you come up with an effect you like, save the photo, but give it a different name. Try each of these filters. After applying the filter, click on Edit > Undo to remove it. If you like the effect, click on File > Save As and make sure you give the photo a new name so you do not save over your original. Please remember that you can vary many of the effects by simply moving the slider bars to adjust parameters unique to each filter. (You'll see when you start playing.)
